Knowledge and tools for older adults 60+ and their caregivers

Older adults & their caregivers will learn to:

  • Understand the different states of mental health
  • Talk about mental health with confidence and compassion
  • Know how and where to access professional help and community resources
  • Use strategies for coping with loss and adapting to this stage of life
  • Practice self-care for themselves and their loved ones

Direct Delivery: 90 minutes
